"Sonic Stera" is a system that enables reliable sterilization while minimizing the degradation of powder quality, using a sterilization principle different from conventional heating sterilization (Japanese Patent No. 6251016 / International Patent No. WO2009145198). By using pressurized steam to instantaneously heat the surface of the raw material, it pressurizes and raises the temperature of the water within the cells of general bacteria, heat-resistant bacteria, and coliforms that are attached to the raw material.
